Beginning Lyra was such a challenging but fun session. Sara is such a good amd patient instructor. I love that lyra challenges your body while helping you discover what you're capable of. Ive been hitting the gym for 2 years now but Lyra is a whole new level for me. I truly recommend Starbound if you're looking for something new and fun. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve lived in Puyallup for a while and I’m SO HAPPY to have something like this in the neighborhood! Relatively new studio and everyone I met in class tonight was awesome. Classes are very accessible and the owner, instructors, and participants are lovely. Mostly adult classes. They have a special offer of $25 for one unlimited week for new students to get a feel for everything, which is super generous. If you’re wondering if you should try this place out, here’s your sign!

Yes—we have family memberships and kids’ classes.

Our aerial rigging and apparatuses are professionally rated for loads ranging from 300-500lbs. Bungee Fitness weight limit is set to a strict 285 lbs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions about specific apparatus loads.

We are so excited that you are interested in our Bungee Fitness Classes. A few things to know before you book: 1) All students must take our Bungee Basics Introductory course once before moving onto our Level 1 classes. We have an age restriction of 14 years old, and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present. 2) Weight Requirements: Participants must weigh between 90–275 lbs. For safety and proper equipment setup, all first-time clients will be weighed privately at the studio before class. This ensures correct bungee calibration. Clients outside this range will not be permitted to participate and are not eligible for refunds or credits. 3) What to Wear: We recommend wearing two layers of shorts or leggings until you’re used to the harness. Padded bike shorts are a great option for extra comfort. We do provide pads for free. Wear a fitted top (you may go upside down!) and bring water—you will get sweaty. 4) Contraindications: Bungee fitness is not recommended if you: Are pregnant, have had surgery within the past 6 months or have chronic pain or conditions involving the shoulders, wrists, hands, or lower back. If unsure, please consult your physician before participating.
