Our Rewards Programs were created to recognize the people who make that community what it is. Whether you’re reaching new milestones in your own Starbound journey or introducing someone else to a place you love, we want those moments to be noticed and celebrated.

Every Journey Begins With One Class
Your first class is only the beginning. Over time, those individual visits become new skills, greater strength, growing confidence, friendships, memories, and accomplishments you may never have imagined when you first walked through our doors.
The Starbound Journey is our way of recognizing that progress. You’ll earn milestone celebrations based on both your lifetime visits and the years you’ve spent as part of the Starbound community.
And you don’t have to keep track — we’ll do that for you.
How It Works
You don’t need to enroll, submit your attendance, or keep your own tally. Just keep showing up.

You’ll hear from us with what you’ve accomplished and, when applicable, an invitation to choose your reward.

Where a milestone offers a choice, reply with your selection within 7 days and we’ll get it ready.

What Counts As A Visit?
We want The Starbound Journey to reflect the many ways people participate in our community. Eligible completed visits may include:
- Regular classes
- Open Gym
- Workshops
- Private lessons
- Camps
- Special events and other qualifying Starbound activities
Cancellations and no-shows do not count as completed visits. To receive your milestone celebration, you must have completed at least one paid visit during the 30 days preceding your anniversary milestone.
Anniversary Milestones
Your journey isn’t measured only in classes. We also want to celebrate the time you’ve spent growing, learning, and being part of the Starbound community. You’ll receive an automated email when you reach an eligible anniversary milestone.

Anniversary eligibility. Membership holds or freezes do not pause your Starbound anniversary. If your membership changes or is canceled and you later return, your original relationship with Starbound is still part of your history with us — we don’t erase the journey you’ve already had. To receive an anniversary celebration, you must have completed at least one paid visit during the 30 days preceding your anniversary milestone.
Choosing Your Celebration
If your milestone includes a choice of rewards, your celebration email will include instructions for submitting your selection. Please make your selection within 7 days of receiving your milestone notification.
Depending on your chosen reward, we may need a little time to prepare it. Please allow up to two weeks for gift cards, baskets, and other physical rewards to be gathered and prepared. We’ll let you know as soon as everything is ready.
Reward Expiration & Redemption
- Studio credits and complimentary private lessons
- Expire 6 months after being issued.
- Gift cards
- Are subject to the policies of the issuing merchant.
- Physical rewards
- Should be claimed within 30 days after we let you know they’re ready.
Rewards are intended for the person who earned the milestone and have no cash value unless otherwise specifically stated.

Every visit becomes part of your story, and we’re grateful that Starbound gets to be part of it.

Every Star Makes Our Galaxy Brighter
Some of the people who eventually become an important part of Starbound begin with a simple invitation:
“You should come try this with me.”
Grow Our Galaxy celebrates the members who make those introductions. When you share Starbound with a friend, family member, coworker, or someone else you think would love it here, you’re doing more than helping our studio grow. You’re giving another person the opportunity to discover confidence, strength, creativity, joy through movement, and a community where they can belong.
We think that’s worth recognizing.
How Grow Our Galaxy Works
When someone joins Starbound because of you, have them list your name as their referral when creating their account. We’ll track the rest.

We count who’s active
Each month we look at how many of the people you’ve referred are currently active at Starbound.

Your tier sets your drawings
Your number of active referrals determines your recognition tier and the monthly prize drawings you’re eligible for.
Check your referral list any time: visit your profile on our website, go to My Profile → Activity, and choose Client Referrals from the drop-down in the upper right corner. If you notice any missing referrals, email us at info@starboundfitness.net with your referral’s name and we’ll take care of it.
Recognition Tiers
Reach a tier and you’re entered in that tier’s monthly drawing — and every drawing below it.
- 1 active referral First Spark Every galaxy begins with a spark. 1 monthly drawing
- 3 active referrals Guiding Light You’ve helped several people find their way to Starbound. 2 monthly drawings
- 5 active referrals Constellation Builder Those individual connections are beginning to form something bigger. 3 monthly drawings
- 10 active referrals Galaxy Guide You’ve become one of the people helping others discover our community. 4 monthly drawings
- 15 active referrals Cosmic Connector Your connections are making a meaningful impact on the Starbound galaxy. 5 monthly drawings
- 20+ active referrals Supernova Ambassador An extraordinary level of advocacy and community building. 6 monthly drawings
For example
With 10 active referrals you’re a Galaxy Guide, so you’re entered in the First Spark, Guiding Light, Constellation Builder, and Galaxy Guide drawings — four chances that month. Your referrals give you more opportunities to win as your impact grows.
Your tier can change. Grow Our Galaxy tiers reflect your current active referrals, so your placement may change from month to month. If you have five active referrals one month, you’ll be recognized as a Constellation Builder; if one of those people isn’t active the following month, your active referral count may temporarily decrease, and if they return later they can count again. No one’s referral history is being erased — the board simply provides a snapshot of your current impact on our community.
What Is An Active Referral?
For Grow Our Galaxy, an active referral is someone who:
- Has you recorded as the person who referred them to Starbound
- Completed at least one qualifying Starbound visit during the previous calendar month
This allows the program to celebrate members who aren’t simply introducing people to Starbound, but helping our community continue to grow with people who are actively participating.
Monthly Prize Drawings
We hold Grow Our Galaxy prize drawings once each month. The higher your active referral tier, the more drawings you’re eligible for — and the prize opportunities become more substantial as the tiers increase.
Prizes change throughout the year, so there’s always something new to look forward to. Depending on the tier, prizes may include:
- Starbound classes and class packs
- Coffee or restaurant gift cards
- Workout or fitness gear
- Wellness and recovery gifts
- Massage or spa experiences
- Workshops and private lessons
- Household gifts
- Premium experiences
- Larger prizes for our highest referral tiers
Our Supernova Ambassador drawings are reserved for our most extraordinary community advocates and may occasionally include some especially exciting surprises.
How Do I Make Sure My Referral Counts?
The easiest way is to ask your friend to enter your name when they create their Starbound account.
If someone joined because of you but forgot to list you, contact us and we’ll do our best to verify and update the referral information.
Referral credit must be associated with a specific Starbound client account to count toward Grow Our Galaxy.
Do I Need To Sign Up?
Nope. If referrals are properly connected to your account, we’ll automatically include you in the program. Each month we’ll:
- Review active referrals
- Update Grow Our Galaxy tier placements
- Update our in-studio recognition board*
- Conduct the monthly prize drawings
- Contact our winners
*Our in-studio recognition board tracks lifetime referral counts, rather than active referrals.

Grow Our Galaxy isn’t designed around collecting names. It’s designed around building community.
When someone you refer keeps coming back, they’re creating their own relationships, memories, accomplishments, and Starbound journey. That continuing connection is what we want to celebrate.
