Yes —bungee is an effective cardio and core workout. It may look easy, but you’re working against resistance the entire time, which challenges your strength and endurance. It’s low impact on joints, but definitely not no-impact, and you’ll feel it. Many people see great results when they stay consistent.

You can build strength in bungee, especially in your core and lower body, but it’s primarily a cardio workout. It’s a great complement to weight training, not a replacement. We also incorporate resistance tools in our Bungee Burn classes to help boost strength building. Think of it as strength + cardio + fun all in one.

Yes, in order to set you up with the correct bungee tension, we will weigh you privately before your first bungee basics class. After that, we will only weigh you if we need to make significant adjustments to bungee tension.

Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing like leggings or bike shorts, a tank or t-shirt, and supportive athletic shoes. A medium-to-high impact sports bra is recommended if applicable. Avoid loose clothing and short shorts.

Bring water and consider extra padding for comfort, especially for your hips and legs. We provide some padding, but many clients prefer their own. You’ll be glad you brought it.
